Nina is the Founder and CEO of Intention 2 Impact, where she leads the firm’s strategy, partnerships, culture, and long-term sustainability. With nearly 15 years of experience, she specializes in portfolio-level MERL and Impact Measurement & Management frameworks, helping clients align capital with measurable outcomes, strengthen learning systems, and translate insights into decision-ready, field-facing products. She holds a PhD in Evaluation and Applied Research from Claremont Graduate University and teaches at American University. A dreamer and doer, Nina is often listening to podcasts/audiobooks, writing, practicing breathwork, or adventuring around the DC area with her husband, daughter, dog, and loved ones.

Kathleen is the COO and Partner at Intention 2 Impact, bringing deep expertise in social impact measurement and building project management processes that inspire. With a passion for co-creating measurement systems that drive justice-focused change, she helps organizations transform the way they plan, conduct, and use data to maximize their impact and influence. Kathleen holds a Ph.D. in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods from Claremont Graduate University and is an active member of the American Evaluation Association. When she’s not living out her social impact dreams, you’ll find her hiking, long-distance running, or strolling through Southern California sunshine with her pug, Tobias.

Sahiti is a Senior Evaluation Consultant at Intention 2 Impact, bringing over a decade of experience across governmental, academic, nonprofit, and consulting sectors. Her work is grounded in purposeful data-driven design, equity-centered practices, and systems thinking — helping organizations navigate complexity to drive meaningful change. Sahiti is also a dentist and epidemiologist, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Public Health. Outside of I2I, she is a dedicated practitioner of Hindustani classical music — and considers herself a musician first, social scientist second. She is also a proud mother, passionate cook, and lover of the outdoors.

Ashley is an evaluation consultant at Intention 2 Impact who brings expertise spanning psychology, organizational behavior, gender studies, and evaluation. Drawing on her lived experience as a woman of color, she approaches every engagement with a genuine commitment to equity and to challenging the barriers that impact marginalized communities. Ashley holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, where her research focused on belonging, equity, and cultural change. Outside of I2I, you’ll find her refining her singing techniques, lost in a good book, spending time with her Frenchie Goodie, or catching up with family.

Emma is an evaluation consultant at Intention 2 Impact with a deep dedication to community impact and social change. She brings experience spanning policy, advocacy, and public health — all centered around improving health equity and wellbeing of others. She is passionate about data-driven approaches to social impact and advancing data equity in MERL practice. Emma holds a Master of Public Health from George Washington University, specializing in Maternal, Youth, and Child Health, and is a proud Global Shapers Community young changemaker. Outside of I2I, you’ll find her cycling or hiking through the Colorado mountains with her dogs, or curled up with a knitting project and a good book.

Victoria is an evaluation consultant at Intention 2 Impact, passionate about using data,, learning, and strategy to influence large-scale, systems-level change with long-lasting impact. She brings deep consulting experience across public health, education, criminal justice, economic mobility, and technology and grounds her practice in equitable evaluation, emergent learning, trust-based philanthropy, and root cause analysis approaches. Victoria holds a degree in Psychology from Princeton University and a Master of Public Health from New York University. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and cat. Outside of I2I, she can be found running, hiking, playing disc golf, or exploring new playgrounds. A self-proclaimed missed calling as a travel agent, she’s always planning the next family adventure.

Nishat is a Bangladeshi doctoral student in Education Policy and Leadership at Boston College. Her research examines how systems-change approaches can expand access, mobility, and belonging for refugee and displaced learners, moving beyond naming inequities toward equity-driven action. Before her PhD, she was a founding member of the inaugural MA in Education program at Asian University for Women, where she built educational pathways for women for whom education had been banned. She believes change requires presence, accountability, and proximity. Outside academia, she’s a joyful hopeless romantic, can be found deep in a romance novel, or chasing really good food with friends.
