We’re building a structure where support flows in every direction—grounded in trust, equity, and abundance.
I2I’s annual philanthropic initiative.
Celebrating connection.
Redistributing power.
Building abundance.
Pay Her Forward is I2I’s annual philanthropic initiative. It has a dual focus on: (1) bi-directional mentorship and (2) fundraising for organizations serving women, girls, and nonbinary people.

We seek mentorship from more experienced women professionals via a paid Advisory Board, and in return, we mentor women and underrepresented professionals who are earlier in their careers through mentoring sessions and formal paid internships at I2I.

At the annual American Evaluation Association conference, we host a “Happy Hour & Headshots” fundraiser to raise money for an organization serving women, girls, and nonbinary people in the city where the conference is held. To date, we have raised nearly $8k for organizations such as Girls Inc., Women with a Vision (NOLA-based), the Women’s Foundation of Central Indiana, and the Women’s Foundation of Oregon.
At the heart of PHF is a belief in shared prosperity—when women support women, we all rise.
“By uplifting women leaders, we collectively elevate the value and use of our work.”
PHF isn’t just an annual happy hour event. It’s a reciprocal mentoring program that connects emerging and seasoned women professionals across evaluation, philanthropy, and creative social impact spaces.
Each year, I2I commits to:
Receiving mentorship from 2–3 senior advisors through strategy sessions
Giving mentorship to 2–3 emerging women evaluators
