On Our Minds
Have you heard the one where an evaluator and entrepreneur walk into a bar?
At I2I, we like to think of ourselves as #evalpreneurs. We’re a scrappy lil’ startup using evaluation + strategy to help other scrappy lil’ startups (and some big ones too) achieve their most audacious social impact dreams. We thrive at the chaotic and fun intersection of evaluation + entrepreneurship: where inquiry meets innovation, in service of impact.
As evaluators at heart who stumbled into entrepreneurship, we practice what we preach and use data to think evaluatively about our business strategy and goals. As entrepreneurs in the social impact sandbox, we are constantly experimenting as we develop new services and expand into new markets.
Not only does I2I exist in the intersection of evaluation + entrepreneurship, but we work in it, too.
Some of our favorite clients are social entrepreneurs who tap us in to help them measure and maximize their impact. They operate under unique pressures - with different needs than the usual suspects (e.g., nonprofits, foundations, public agencies).

I2I Partner + COO, Kathleen, has made another successful rotation around the sun. October 17th marked her 31st revolution. This year for her birthday, Kathleen is asking the H2H newsletter readership (THAT’S YOU) for the best and/or worst advice you’ve ever received. Up Our Sleeves
Next month the I2I team will be flying to New Orleans to attend the American Evaluation Association annual conference! The team is pumped to reconvene IRL with fellow evaluators from across the globe (for the first time since 2019) to nerd out on all things measurement, learning, and impact.
